Counseling

Counseling is best for individuals dealing with emotional challenges, mental health concerns, or difficult life experiences. It’s past-focused, therapeutic, and emphasizes healing and emotional well-being.

The counselor acts as a licensed mental health provider.

Counselors work with clients on emotional well-being and mental health.

Counselors may diagnose mental health disorders and create a treatment plan.
